Today I've made the decision I'm done being the fat guy in the room. The goal of this blog is to track my weight loss in both number and picture. Today I weighed in at 270.0 on a fairly accurate scale and below is my picture. I'm going to try and do it by 1. walking at least 1/2 a mile every day, 2. eating less, 3. trying to cut back on starches. I'm sure I'll try some other stuff and I'll try and talk about that here too
