The scale said 258.0 this morning which is obviously is an improvement, but I do fluctuate so I'm not totally buying it. What I am sure of is that I'm not at 270 any more and that is a good thing. Doing most of it with better diet this past week, not a whole lot of exercise

Down to 259.8 this morning so I broke 260, now to stay under it is the trick, with the related trick being to get to the 240's next.

Back at 260.8 this morning, haven't been doing very good with my walking and not perfect on eating either but I have been more conscious than when I'm not trying to lose, any weight loss can probably be contributed to the new haircut

Not so great the past couple of days with walking and eating, especially with the Super Bowl but I did get up and do a half mile early this morning and weighed in at 262.8 so maybe I "maintained" through the tough weekend. The posting every day is a bit much for me time wise but I will keep trying as I think it will help prevent backsliding.
